so we decided to rent the upstairs room with its own bath.
we also have a three car garage and the single car garage is fully drywalled, has its own entrance and is huge.
Take pictures of the pee and poop on the patio and save them. I refused to return a damage deposit to a tenant once because he left the place filthy. I took pictures of all the garbage, I cleaned it up.
He told me he was going to sue me and I told him fine, I had pictures to bring to court with me. I never heard from him again. Too bad pictures couldn't document the smell!!

I've seen those Walmart pics but I have never seen anyone dress like that at the Walmart where I live. Is it just a US Walmart thing? Maybe Canadians are more conservative?

You must give here the notice in writing by midnight the day before the 1st day of the month, where I live anyway. Verbal notice can be denied. Yes, be very careful she doesn't steal any of your stuff and take off in the middle of the night. We had a tenant do that once. Make sure your valuables are locked away and you are there watching her when she moves.
If your kids are homesick, and you miss them, why not let them come back and pay you the $150 each, you originally talked about. It sounds like it would make you all a lot happier.

Really, why can't all the old, fat, or just plain ugly people stay home so the attractive people don't have to look at them at all, in any kind of attire? Wouldn't that just be so much more considerate and compassionate of them? While we're at it, throw in the obviously disabled. They make so many people uncomfortable.
i had a horrible experience with bank of america yesterday.
i needed to deposit cash in my checking account in order to cover a check i had written to cover my mortgage.
bank of america has decided to close many of their full service banks and replace them with new fangled atm machines.
My accounting professor told us of a bank in BC where the two employees who were supposed to count the money from the ATM together were in collusion to skim money off a few deposits a day and then send error notices to the customers involved saying they did not put the full amount of the money in the envelopes (which sometimes does happen for real.)
The way they got caught is that it was a small town and all the business and personal customers know each other. They were talking with each other about how often this happens with each other and got suspicious because the errors were always against them. In an end of the year audit, with normal human error, the number of counting errors in favor of a customer and against a customer should probably be close to even, just due to probability statistics.
So they took their concerns to the bank manager, who installed hidden cameras in the counting room and caught the two employees red-handed. Not very bright really. I think the hidden cameras are probably standard now.
